Just want you to know, the OCR just issued a new 'Dear Colleague' letter. You can find it at:
www.ed.gov/print/about/offices/list/OCR/letters/colleague-20081017.html. Check it out! It's in a Q & A format, and pretty much follows earlier letters that have been discussed on this blog--Letter to California and Letter to Runkel.
